Leadership Is Upside Down Book
Leadership Is Upside Down introduced the i4 Neuroleader™ Model & Methodology and became a core learning resource across the leadership programs of the About my Brain Institute.
Designed as an interactive learning book, it combined leadership concepts with workbook-style exercises and activities that encouraged readers to apply the methodology as they progressed.
As Head Designer, I led a team of two designers across the visual design, layout and development of the book, creating a practical learning tool that could be used across our programs and certifications.
