I’m a creative leader with over 17 years of experience working across design, product, customer experience and events. I’ve worked with startups, multinational and public sector organisations, universities and not-for-profits, leading teams and projects across Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Cambodia and the USA.

As co-founder of the About my Brain Institute, I have worked alongside neuroscientists, psychologists, technologists and leadership experts to translate complex ideas about human behaviour into a range of products and experiences. This work has deepened my curiosity about how people think, learn and make decisions, and how that understanding can inform the way we design.

My work has taken many forms, from digital platforms and brands to learning programs, workshops, retreats, films, exhibitions and large-scale events. 

I have always been interested in the power of different mediums to influence how we think and feel, how we experience culture and beauty, and how we connect with one another and our communities.

Photography, art and teaching continue to influence how I see and approach my work, alongside an enduring curiosity about what shapes the way we see the world.
