Brain-Friendly Leader Book
Brain-Friendly Leader explores the human capabilities that become increasingly important as artificial intelligence changes how we work, think and lead.
Grounded in neuroscience and the i4 Neuroleader™ Model, the book examines four capacities: Integration, Inspiration, Imagination and Intuition, and how leaders can cultivate greater clarity, empathy and judgement under pressure while maintaining the human qualities technology cannot replicate.
I co-authored the book with award-winning leadership experts and authors Silvia Damiano and Juan Carlos Cubeiro, contributing to the development and articulation of its ideas. I also shaped the book’s visual identity, designing the cover and typesetting the publication to create a cohesive experience between the content and its final presentation.
Beyond the publication itself, I led the creative direction, marketing and launch campaign, developing and presenting content across social media and YouTube and overseeing filming, editing and promotional assets. I also planned and produced the book’s international release events, coordinating the creative, marketing and event experience across the different global launches.

Brain-Friendly Leader is not based on untested philosophy. It stands on years of research, testing, evolution and practical application. The authors do not preach about leadership. They reveal the conditions that allow a human being to lead well. Prepare to be challenged not only in what you think, but in how you think.”
