Designed to inspire meaningful conversations between family members, friends, colleagues, couples, and even those who are dating! Based on the i4 Neuroleader™ Model, these prompt cards lead players on a journey through sixteen key areas of personal growth: brain and body integration, balance, ethics, mental readiness, inspiration, communication, courage, generosity, imagination, drive, attitude, curiosity, intuition, awareness, influence, and adaptability.

Each card corresponds to one of the pillars of the i4 Neuroleader™ Model, with colour coding and iconography designed to help users easily reference and connect with the model and their assessment report. This design approach helps users navigate the model’s structure, deepening their understanding of how each pillar contributes to leadership and personal development.

In addition to the conversation prompts, each card directs players to articles that offer deeper insights into the specific concepts and ways to develop the attributes associated with each pillar of the model. These articles provide actionable strategies, coaching questions and resources, encouraging players to actively engage with and apply the model’s principles in their personal and professional lives. The decks seamlessly blend the joy of play with deep personal leadership exploration, well-being themes, and habit development, offering an interactive and educational experience. This engaging process empowers individuals to reflect, grow, and refine their attributes in a fun and meaningful way, fostering both personal and professional growth.

As part of the design process, we piloted the game during our 2024 i4 Neuroleader™ Methodology Certification Retreat (see images below). This provided us with a valuable opportunity to test the decks with a group of engaged participants, allowing us to observe how the cards facilitated conversation and supported the exploration of the i4 Neuroleader™ Model. The feedback we received from the retreat was instrumental in refining the decks, ensuring that the prompts were clear, engaging, and effectively supported the wayfinding process around the model. By testing the game in a real-world setting with individuals who were already familiar with the principles of the model, we were able to fine-tune both the design and functionality, enhancing its ability to foster deeper reflections and meaningful discussions. This iterative approach allowed us to make key adjustments and improvements, ensuring that the final deck would be both practical and impactful for users in various settings.

In October 2024, I traveled to our manufacturing facility in China to oversee our third production process of our decks firsthand. During my visit, I conducted a thorough review of the production stages, ensuring that every detail met our high standards. I also worked closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement, focusing on enhancing the quality of the cards and the overall product.
