The i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment & Methodology
The i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment & Methodology is a digital leadership development product and program that combines a psychometric 360° assessment, personalised reporting, learning and practitioner resources within an integrated platform. It became a core part of About my Brain Institute’s work, supporting an organisation that has reached more than 100,000 leaders across 50+ countries in the private and public sectors and developed a global network of 1,000+ certified practitioners.
I led the product from early strategy and user research through to UX architecture, assessment and reporting design, data visualisation, interface design, digital learning and LMS implementation, development and launch. I built and led cross-functional teams of 5–30 people across product, design and technology, working with developers, filmmakers, editors and experts in leadership, coaching, wellbeing and neuroscience to bring the product to market and support its ongoing development.
Beyond the product itself, I helped shape the wider business and customer experience, including the commercial and licensing model, brand strategy, go-to-market approach, customer onboarding and account experience. I also led the supporting content, communications and marketing across digital, print and film, creating a consistent experience from initial awareness through to becoming an active practitioner.

The i4 Neuroleader™ Program was featured in Virgin Unite’s 100% Human at Work initiative and, in 2018, was recognised as a finalist for Best Leadership Development Program by the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD).
