Brain-Friendly Leadership Certifications
About my Brain Institute | 2025-2026
I co-designed the Brain-Friendly Leadership Certification and led the strategy, creative development and international delivery framework for the program. My role included shaping the learning experience, designing the presentation and participant materials, developing the marketing and communications, and establishing the licensing and operational systems required for the program to be delivered internationally.
I also led the Institute’s initial application to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coach Education (CCE) accreditation, managing the detailed submission process across curriculum, learning objectives, delivery methodology and supporting documentation.
Global Master Trainer Program
To expand the certification internationally, we selected six experienced leadership professionals to become Master Trainers across Australia, South Africa, Thailand, Mexico and the USA.
We trained the Master Trainers in the methodology, program content and delivery approach, preparing them to facilitate the certification in their own markets. I supported their international delivery through marketing, licensing, program materials, participant communications and event coordination, while maintaining consistency across the brand and learning experience.
About the Program
The Brain-Friendly Leadership Certification is a leadership development program built around the i4 Neuroleader™ Model & Methodology. It translates neuroscience, psychology and human behaviour into practical approaches to Performance, Collaboration, Innovation and Agility.
The program was designed for coaches, facilitators, educators and organisational leaders to apply these principles within their own leadership practice, teams and organisations.

Recommendations
Creative. Passionate. Strategic. Exceptionally organised. Customer-centric. Meticulous. These are just a few of the qualities that come to mind when I think about working with Relmi.
From our very first email exchange to the many projects we've collaborated on since, it was immediately clear that she brings an extraordinary level of energy, ownership, and professionalism to everything she does. She doesn't simply respond to requests—she anticipates what is needed and gets things moving before you've even had the chance to ask. More than once, I've found a meeting invitation in my inbox to solve a challenge before I'd even suggested scheduling one.
One of the things I value most about Relmi is her unwavering commitment to delivering results. Whether she's travelling, working across time zones, or juggling multiple priorities, I know that if I send her a query, it will be acknowledged, actioned, and resolved—typically within 24 to 48 hours. That level of reliability is rare.
Her work on the i4 Neuroleader™ Methodology has been particularly impressive. Relmi has an exceptional ability to translate ideas into beautifully designed, practical learning experiences. From visually engaging presentation decks and professionally crafted training manuals to thoughtfully designed learning resources and branded merchandise, every piece reflects creativity, intentionality, and an extraordinary attention to detail.
What truly sets Relmi apart is that she never designs for appearance alone. Every resource is created with the learner, facilitator, and client experience in mind. She understands how design strengthens learning, reinforces a brand, and elevates the overall experience. As a trainer, knowing that this level of thought and care sits behind every programme makes it an absolute pleasure to work with her.
If you're looking for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking, flawless execution, genuine care for her clients, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, I can recommend Relmi without hesitation. She is an exceptional professional and a wonderful person to have as part of any project or team.

I don't write recommendations lightly, but Relmi is the rare person who makes you better simply by being in their orbit.
Here's where Relmi gives the About My Brain Institute an edge: you can have all the neuroscience in the world, but if your learning experience looks like every other corporate slide deck, you've already lost the battle for attention. The brain doesn't care how accurate your content is if it's visually numb, and Relmi understands this not just intellectually—she lives it.
Her creative direction doesn't decorate the science; it activates it. Bold colour, unapologetic design, a visual language that makes you want to lean in. She practices what we teach: engage the whole brain, not just the analytical part that's willing to suffer through beige. Working with Relmi on the Brain Friendly Leadership Certification taught me something uncomfortable—I wasn't as creative as I thought I was. She stretched me beyond my own limits, and her energy (and I mean Energy with a capital E) created this wonderful pressure to deliver. Not reckless energy, but thoughtful, intuitive, deeply considered. Decisive. She doesn't hesitate, and that confidence is contagious.
Relmi has a strategic advantage. She brings a generational fluency that makes neuroscience accessible to audiences who'd normally scroll past, and she understands that beauty isn't frivolous. It's how you reach people. Strategy, branding, customer experience, bringing ideas to life—yes, she does all of that brilliantly. But what she actually produces is this: she makes people want to dive into brain science. She makes the complex feel inviting and closes the gap between "this is important" and "I can't wait to explore this."
If you're looking for someone to make your content prettier, hire a designer. If you want someone who'll make your audience feel something, think differently, and actually engage, you want Relmi.
