Since 2015, I have led the development and production of immersive leadership retreats across the Gold Coast, Byron Bay and Berry, NSW, attracting over 80+ participants from Australia and overseas.
Each retreat combined leadership development, experiential learning and wellbeing within environments selected to support learning, connection and reflection.
I led each retreat from concept through to delivery:
Retreat Strategy & Experience Design:
Developed the participant journey for each retreat, integrating leadership development, experiential learning, wellbeing and the surrounding environment.

Team Leadership:
Built and managed teams of 5–10 people across event production, program delivery and participant support, establishing roles and coordinating the team through planning and on-site delivery.

Venue, Budget & Suppliers:
Researched and secured venues across the Gold Coast, Byron Bay and Berry, managing budgets, accommodation, catering, transport and external suppliers.

Brand, Marketing & Learning Materials:
Led the creative direction and branding for each retreat, designing promotional graphics, presentation slides, learning materials and participant resources. Managed marketing and communications to attract participants from Australia and overseas.

Speakers & Guest Experience:
Coordinated speakers, guest contributors and facilitators across programming, scheduling and event requirements, managing their experience from preparation through to on-site delivery.
