About the Documentary
Make Me A Leader is an eight-time international award-winning documentary that explores how neuroscience can help leaders optimise brain and body performance to meet the challenges of the 21st century. Featuring internationally recognised scientists, leadership experts and practitioners, the film translates complex research into practical insights for the future of leadership.
creative direction & production
As Creative Director and Producer, I helped shape the documentary from concept to release, leading its visual identity, creative direction and market launch. Working closely with the director, filmmaker and production team, I ensured the documentary maintained a cohesive creative vision across every audience touchpoint, from branding and motion design to marketing, events and distribution.
A key part of my role was art directing a team of 3D animators to develop visual sequences that translated complex neuroscience concepts into clear, engaging and accessible storytelling. I also contributed to the documentary’s cinematography and post-production, collaborating on visual storytelling, editing and the overall narrative flow to create a cohesive viewing experience.
Beyond the film itself, I led the strategy and delivery of its international launch, overseeing branding, campaign development, promotional assets, digital marketing and the cinematic premiere event. This included coordinating the creative and logistical execution of the launch to maximise audience engagement and position the documentary within both the leadership development and international film communities.
The project reflects my multidisciplinary approach to creative leadership, bringing together strategy, branding, filmmaking, experience design and production to transform complex ideas into compelling stories that educate, inspire and create lasting impact.
