About The Event
The i4 Tales Conference was a dynamic community event dedicated to exploring the i4 Neuroleader™ Methodology. Its purpose was to engage in discussions on evolving leadership practices, with a focus on shaping the leaders of tomorrow—leaders who are more conscious, ethical, compassionate, healthy, integrated, imaginative, intuitive, and inspirational. In this venture, I played a multifaceted role, overseeing program design, event branding, project management, marketing, and customer engagement. Throughout its four-year run (2015-2018), the conference consistently attracted over 250 attendees annually and became an integral part of Sydney’s renowned Vivid Festival of Lights, offering a unique platform for thought leadership and creative collaboration.

Student Work
As part of the i4 Tales Conference, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Billy Blue College of Design as a client, creating live industry briefs for their students. This initiative involved guiding the students in developing and showcasing branded digital art as part of the conference experience. My role included curating the project briefs, mentoring the students through the creative process, and ensuring the final works aligned with both the branding and vision of the event. The collaboration not only provided valuable hands-on experience for the students but also contributed to the conference by offering fresh, innovative artwork that enhanced the overall aesthetic and atmosphere. This partnership demonstrated the power of blending education, industry and creativity, fostering a platform for emerging talent to showcase their work in a real-world context.
